欢迎使用 Lumiday（闪光日子）。
我们相信，每一个重要的日子，都值得被认真记录；而这些记录，应当属于您自己，而不是任何服务器。
因此，Lumiday 从设计之初便坚持「本地优先（Local First）」的理念。默认情况下，您创建的倒计时、纪念日及相关数据仅保存在您的设备中，我们不会建立用户档案，也不会上传您的记录内容。
请您在使用本应用前，仔细阅读本隐私政策。
一、适用范围
本隐私政策适用于 Lumiday 应用程序及其相关功能。
本隐私政策用于说明我们如何处理和保护您的信息，并帮助您了解您享有的相关权利。
二、我们收集哪些信息
Lumiday 无需注册账号，也不会要求您提供姓名、手机号、身份证号码、电子邮箱等个人身份信息。
您在应用中创建的内容，例如：
- 倒计时事件
- 纪念日
- 日期
- 分类
- 标签
- 备注
- 主题颜色
- 应用设置
默认仅存储在您的设备本地。
除您主动通过电子邮件联系我们外，我们不会主动收集您的个人信息。
三、数据存储方式
Lumiday 采用本地存储方式。
您创建的事件、设置及相关数据默认仅保存在您的设备中，不会上传至开发者服务器。
开发者无法查看、读取、分析或获取您记录的内容。
四、应用权限说明
为了实现应用的部分功能，Lumiday 可能会申请以下系统权限。
1. 通知权限
用于在您设定的重要日期到来时发送提醒通知。
如果您拒绝授权通知权限：
- 您仍可正常使用 Lumiday；
- 仅无法收到提醒通知。
2. 日历权限（如未来版本提供相关功能）
如果未来版本提供系统日历同步功能，仅会在您主动授权后访问系统日历。
未经您的授权，本应用不会读取、修改或同步您的日历数据。
五、桌面小组件（Widget）
Lumiday 的桌面小组件和锁屏小组件仅会读取保存在您设备本地的数据，用于展示倒计时信息。
小组件不会将您的数据上传至开发者服务器。
六、第三方服务
当前版本的 Lumiday：
- 不包含第三方广告 SDK；
- 不会收集广告标识符（IDFA）；
- 不会进行精准广告投放；
- 不会建立用户画像。
如未来接入第三方服务，我们将提前说明其用途、涉及的数据类型及处理方式，并在必要时依法征得您的授权。
七、我们的承诺
为了更好地保护您的隐私，我们郑重承诺：
- 不出售您的个人信息；
- 不出租您的个人信息；
- 不向第三方共享您的记录内容；
- 不分析您记录的倒计时或纪念日内容；
- 不利用您的数据进行商业营销。
除法律法规另有规定外，我们不会向任何机构或个人披露您的相关信息。
八、数据安全
您的数据主要保存在您的设备本地。
我们建议您妥善保管您的设备，并启用 iPhone 或 iPad 提供的锁屏密码、Face ID 或 Touch ID 等安全保护措施，以更好地保障您的数据安全。
九、数据删除
您可以随时在应用内删除任意事件。
如您卸载 Lumiday，保存在应用本地的数据将按照 iOS 系统的数据管理机制一并删除。
如未来版本支持云同步或其他在线服务，我们将另行说明相关的数据同步与删除规则。
十、您的权利
您有权：
- 自主创建、修改或删除应用中的数据；
- 自主决定是否授予系统权限；
- 停止使用本应用并删除相关数据；
- 就隐私保护相关问题与我们取得联系。
十一、未成年人保护
Lumiday 不会主动收集未成年人的个人信息。
如监护人认为未成年人在使用过程中提供了不应提供的信息，请及时联系我们，我们将在核实情况后协助处理。
十二、隐私政策的更新
随着产品功能的发展，本隐私政策可能会适时更新。
如发生重大变更，我们将在应用内以适当方式进行提示。更新后的隐私政策自公布之日起生效。

Welcome to Lumiday.
We believe every important day deserves to be remembered, and the memories you create belong to you—not to any server.
From the very beginning, Lumiday has been built around a Local First philosophy. By default, your countdowns, anniversaries, settings, and related data are stored only on your device. We do not create user profiles, and we do not upload your personal records to our servers.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the application.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Lumiday application and its related features.
It explains how we handle and protect your information and outlines your rights regarding your data.
2. Information We Collect
Lumiday does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, or government-issued identification.
The information you create within the app may include:
- Countdown events
- Anniversaries
- Dates
- Categories
- Tags
- Notes
- Theme preferences
- App settings
By default, all of this information is stored only on your device.
We do not actively collect your personal information unless you voluntarily contact us by email.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
Lumiday uses local storage.
Your events, settings, and related information are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to any developer-operated server.
As the developer, we cannot view, access, analyze, or retrieve the content you create within the app.
4. Permissions
Lumiday may request the following system permissions to provide certain features.
Notifications
Notification permission is used only to remind you of important dates that you choose.
If you choose not to grant notification permission:
- You can continue using Lumiday normally.
- You simply will not receive reminder notifications.
Calendar Access (Future Feature)
If a future version of Lumiday supports calendar synchronization, calendar access will only occur after you explicitly grant permission.
Without your authorization, Lumiday will not read, modify, or synchronize your calendar data.
5. Widgets
Lumiday Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets read only the data stored locally on your device to display countdown information.
Widgets do not transmit your data to our servers.
6. Third-Party Services
The current version of Lumiday:
- Does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
- Does not collect Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
- Does not perform personalized advertising.
- Does not build advertising or behavioral profiles.
If third-party services are introduced in future versions, we will clearly explain what information is involved, how it is processed, and obtain your consent where required by applicable law.
7. Our Commitment
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Specifically, we do not:
- Sell your personal information.
- Rent your personal information.
- Share your countdowns or records with third parties.
- Analyze the personal content you create.
- Use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.
Unless required by applicable law, we will not disclose your information to any third party.
8. Data Security
Your data is primarily stored on your own device.
We recommend protecting your device by enabling a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other security features provided by Apple.
9. Data Deletion
You may delete any event within the app at any time.
If you uninstall Lumiday, locally stored data will be removed according to the iOS data management mechanism.
If future versions introduce cloud synchronization or online services, the applicable data synchronization and deletion rules will be explained separately.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Create, modify, and delete your own data.
- Decide whether to grant system permissions.
- Stop using the application at any time.
- Contact us with questions regarding privacy.
11. Children's Privacy
Lumiday does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided information that should not have been shared, please contact us. We will assist in resolving the issue after verification.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Lumiday evolves.
If significant changes are made, we will notify users through appropriate in-app notices.
The updated Privacy Policy becomes effective upon publication.
